As a web developer and system administrator, Dimitri involved himself in many projects pertaining to the hosting industry as a young person. He went on to gain great interest in hosting solutions so much so that he began reselling the service to friends and family at a young age. When he realized the poor conditions of the hosting market, Dimitri took it upon himself to start offering higher quality hosting solutions, which is why SteadCom was created in the first place.

From a very young age, Gabriel rapidly gained confidence as an online marketing specialist and commercial business development consultant. Since 2001, Gabriel has been developing websites and testing hosting solutions in the variety of methods available at the time. Over the many following years, the hosting industry was bombarded with low quality providers, high pricing, and poor customer service. With this occurring, Gabriel would later come to form a partnership with his colleague, Dimitri, with a mission to provide users with a better hosting solution and higher quality web development services.
